Golf Package Policies & Procedures |
Packages: The per person price includes all green fees, carts, lodging, and lodging taxes.
Deposits: A deposit of $100 per player is charged before booking any reservation (tee times and lodging).
Payment: PayPal and personal/company checks are accepted. Packages must be paid in full, 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Must be made 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
Tee-Time Changes: A minimum 14 day advance notice is required to change tee times without penalty. Changes made within 7 days of arrival will be charged a $50 handling fee.
Rain-Check Policy: Golf rain checks are given by the golf course and are the responsibility of the golfer to obtain at the golf course. Rain check policy varies by the golf course.
Hotels: Check-in and check-out will vary depending on the hotel. Golfers are responsible for incidental charges.
Golf Tips
- Extra rounds booked on a space available basis, on the same day of play, will cost either an additional cart fee or a reduced green fee at area courses. Golfers will pay the course directly.
- Extra rounds booked in advance with a confirmed tee time are charged the package rate in advance. You will be required to pay for these rounds even if you choose not to play.
- Proper attire is required on all courses. Soft spikes are required. This includes collared shirts. Blue jeans are not permitted. Shorts are acceptable and encouraged during the warmer months. Winter can be cool, but in most cases you will need only a sweater or windshirt.
- Golf clubs can be rented at most area courses for an additional charge (normally around $25 per round).
